The original philosophy of the firm was based on the passion and commitment to provide truly objective and unbiased consulting services to our clients. This core value remains in the firm today as a key distinguishing element between our firm and mos... t others in the market. The firm was founded by Daniel J. Esch, who had previously served as a vice president with the Wyatt Company. At Wyatt (now Watson Wyatt Worldwide), Mr. Esch was a member of the Board of Directors for Wyatt Asset Services, Inc. He was also a member of Wyatt's National Defined Contribution Practice Committee. DC Advisors is entirely owned by active members of the firm and has no affiliation with any other entity. We have no affiliations or contractual relationships with any service providers. We do not compete with providers for any service such as participant recordkeeping, plan administration, investment management or employee communications. As a result, clients are assured of objective and unbiased advice regarding their plans. As an independent consulting firm, DC Advisors operates exclusively on a fee-for-service basis on behalf of our clients. All of our revenue is derived from consulting fees paid directly from our clients. We are a registered investment adviser with the Securities and Exchange Commission. We are not a broker-dealer nor are we affiliated with any broker dealer and do not receive, nor will we accept, any 12(b)-1 fees, commissions or other forms of soft-dollar compensation.
