(Bancorp), Betsy Z. Cohen, Paul Frenkiel, Frank M. Mastrangelo, and Jeremy Kuiper. The Settlement provides for a cash payment of $17,500,000 and the implementation of certain corporate governance reforms by Bancorp, and resolves all claims asserted in the Action. If you are a member of the Settlement Class, your legal rights will be affected and you may be eligible for a payment from the Settlement. The Settlement Class consists of: all persons or entities who purchased or otherwise acquired Bancorp common stock during the period from January 26, 2011 through June 26, 2015, inclusive, and were damaged thereby, except for certain persons and entities who are excluded from the Settlement Class by definition (see paragraph 26 of the Notice ).
