DeepFlex

DeepFlex was established in 2004 through a merger acquisition of DeepSea Flexibles Inc. with Cameron International's DeepSea Flexibles division. The new company, DeepFlex, focused on riser and flowline applications for ultra-deep, ultra-shallow, and dynamic environments. Based in Houston, Texas, DeepFlex expanded their operations in 2006 to include... a manufacturing facility in Manitowoc, Wisconsin where they delivered their first commercial flexible pipe that same year. The facility is capable of producing risers, flowlines, and jumpers with diameters ranging from two to ten inches with working pressures up to 5,000 psi. Over the past decade DeepFlex has grown to include an international sales and marketing office in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. DeepFlex has developed several proprietary products, including Flexible Fiber Reinforced Pipe (FFRP®) which has propelled them to be leaders in the arena of composite technology. DeepFlex continues to maintain this position through the development of non-metallic materials for the construction of unbonded flexible pipes, and is creating innovative solutions to address the challenges faced by Exploration and Production companies worldwide. DeepFlex is currently constructing a state of the art flexible pipe manufacturing facility on a Gulf of Mexico location.
