De'Andre Salter

Bishop DeAndre Salter is passionate about helping people become more financially stable. It resonates out of his faith. He believes that Jesus didnt merely die for people to go to church and go to heaven; it was to usher in for them a better life now and a better way of living now. Financial education is one of Salters contributions to that better... way of living now. His goal is to provide financial education workshops to over 10,000 people so they can grow in their faith, nurture their families, and become financially independent. Salter is a graduate of Drew University, received his Master of Theology at The Kings Seminary in Van Nuys, CA, and has attended several other post-graduate programs. He is certified by The National Financial Educators Council to teach financial education to students of all ages. He has served on various boards, including as a trustee of his Alma mater, and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in ministry - DMin. Over the course of his professional career, Salter worked as a senior vice president with different Fortune 100 insurance companies before founding Professional Risk Solutions in 2001; it is now the largest black-owned commercial insurance brokerage in the world. He is the author of the book 7 Wealth Building Secrets and has received official commendation from the Governor of New Jersey for creating an innovative faith-based social enterprise that planted 55 entrepreneurs in commercial cleaning franchises. Additionally, Salter has been featured in Investors Business Daily, Bloomberg, The Huffington Post, Atlanta Tribune, The Star Ledger, Black Enterprise, and more.
