Dean & Dean Construction Ltd was established by brothers Tim and Mark Dean. As a conventional building firm, it operated successfully for over 20 years before 2008 when, on being joined by another shareholder-director, the decision was made to focus solely on brand new residential development. Fuelled by the University of Cambridge and boosted by the scientific, engineering and technology businesses which cluster around research campuses and business parks, the area is proving economically resilient and continues to prosper.
