DEA Engineering, is a design firm passionately servicing the Villages and Towns of Long Island. We provide quality, hands-on civil engineering expertise for our clients through residential, commercial and industrial site planning. Normally, this includes water supply and sanitary disposal, grading and drainage design, erosion control and habitat pr... otection, and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans. Sometimes this includes figuring out a way to do something that seems impossible, by breaking it down to a meeker, more manageable system solution for us, those are the fun ones. While still having fun, we value and strive to maintain our strong working relationships with the SCDHS, NYSDEC, NYSDOT, SCDPW, as well as the planning and building departments of the East End Towns and Villages. Mr. Adams is a licensed Professional Engineer and Geologist, with 30+ years of experience, originating under the guidance of Howard Young, LS(n), and Thomas Wolpert, PE, of Young & Young, with whom he proudly and respectfully continues a professional partnership. The firm is currently authorized to provide professional engineering services in accordance with section 7210 of the NYS Education Law. Mr. Adams is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the National Society of Professional Engineers, Nassau/Suffolk Civil Engineers, the Long Island Association of Professional Geologists, the New York State Council of Professional Geologists, and is an Executive Board member and Past-President of the Design Professionals of Long Island Association.Read More
