Since our very first day in July of 1992, DDD Construction Management's mission has been to provide excellent service at very competitive prices for general construction and/or construct... ion management services to a select number of clients. We also wanted to serve our clients virtually anywhere they needed us. Realizing costs would always be an important factor to our clients, we developed innovative ways to manage and keep our overhead to a minimum. We didn't open branch offices throughout the country; we elected to operate out of a single corporate office and to have our trained personnel work out of their homes and on the job sites. All of our carefully selected site supervisors and project managers were accorded our company's trust and respect, and as time has proven, our methods are demonstratively effective. In real terms, our system gives us the ability to provide a more competitive bid than local general contractors. And that's a benefit clearly enjoyed by our clients. This approach also allows our clients to deal with a known quantity -- a contractor they know will and can perform as promised. Our ability to complete their projects on schedule and within budget has earned us endorsements from real estate landlords, the FBI and the US Department of Navy. DDD Construction Management has been involved in a large number of these types of repair/renovation projects all over the United States. Having the knowledge to minimize the continual damage from inclement weather (a major time of mold growth) is the first step and then to isolate the damaged area from curious tenants is the necessary second step.
