With experience spanning four decades serving multiple sectors of commercial construction throughout the greater Bay Area, the leadership team at DCI has established deep relationships by simply doing what we say we are going to do. Todd DiMartino the President of DCI Construction met Mike Ingram while working on a 90-unit project in Oakland, California. Todd and Mike instantly became not only colleagues but friends as well. When Mike shared with Todd that he had worked with his 4-generation family construction business in Southern California, John P. Ingram and Associates, Inc. for 20 years, Todd was instantly intrigued. It was always a goal for Todd to expand to Southern California since Todd had successfully expanded his previous company, Skyline Construction into Southern California. Todd met with Mikes father, John P. Ingram Jr. and learned more about his company. John had been contemplating retirement at some point and it was a great fit for DCI to acquire JPI, Inc. John was not ready to walk away too fast and DCI was thankful to have him stay as a guiding force for DCI SOCAL. DCI SOCAL is excited to be in Southern California!
