Davis Properties was started in 1994 with the purchase of the Woodruff and McDaniel office buildings in downtown Springfield, Missouri. Over the next few years Davis Properties became one of the largest property owners in downtown Springfield with the addition of the Heers and Park Central Office Buildings. We continue to grow and have expanded into all facets of the commercial real estate market in the Southwest Missouri area.
