Chris Davidson and Mike Goodyk have solid backgrounds in quality custom home building and remodeling. Both have used their skills and talents in many of the homes and business built in the Pella area since 1993. In 2009 they made the decision to combine their experience and started Davidson & Goodyk Construction. Listening to what the customer wants and expects throughout the building process is key. In the final stages of construction, a customer walk-through is done and the resulting punch-list is completed prior to move in. Then another walk-through is done 12 months later to resolve any post-construction concerns or issues. Our quality stands the test of time! Our in-house custom design team blends creativity with technology. We use computer aided design software called SolidBuilder. This technology allows us to use the plans and ideas brought in by our customers as a springboard to designing the home they've been dreaming about. We provide development of detailed floor plans and color elevations to help our customers visualize their new home with stone, shingle, and siding options.
