DAVEMARK BUILDERS INC is a general contracting company that has been in continual business since 1989. Between the managing partners there is over 75 years of experience in the construction industry. We build a limited number of homes in order to directly manage each phase of the construction. We believe that anyone is capable of building a house,... but only a few can build a home. We adhere to the business practice that excessive cost comes from waste and disproportionate overhead. Consequently, we offer our customers a superior product at a more affordable price by minimizing these costs while maximizing efficiency and quality and by working with competent, qualified affiliates that practice our same business philosophy. Between the managing partners there is over 75 years of experience in the construction industry. In 2008 we were offered the opportunity to partner with SUNWARD CONSOLIDATED GROUP . We took this opportunity to enter the commercial market by being able to offer the option of providing a steel building construction direct from manufacturer to completed product for the customer. We are now able to offer our customers a traditional stick-framed building as well as the option of a steel building. DAVEMARK HOMES LLC is our property holding division. We have some undeveloped lots available that we can build to suit if you are in the market. On occasion, we also may be holding a pre-built home that is near or ready for immediate occupation.
