Dave believes it is important to give back to the community and industry that has given him so much. He has served as Vice President of the local Board of Realtors and as a Director on the Colorado Association of Realtors. He also served for several years on the Legislative Policy Committee for the Colorado State Association of Realtors. Dave then spent six years on the Board of Directors for Lift Up of Routt County and is proud to have helped them achieve the goal of expanding their food bank and thrift store operations. Dave has also served as a mentor to local youth in the Music with Vision program. Dave has experience in all types of real estate transactions including residential, second home, development, ranch and commercial.
