Data Voice System Review, Inc. (DVR) was founded in 1997 in Girard, Ohio (near Youngstown) by a former telephone company executive. The original value proposition that DVR was built upon involved analyzing a client's use of telecommunications services and then finding ways to reduce that client's costs. These cost savings were found in both billing... errors and discrepancies and in reviewing the client's actual use of services. Using our over 150 years of combined experience, DVR often makes recommendations that redesign the client's use of telecom services for greater efficiency and expense reduction. We have been saving our clients money for over 10 years by aggressively removing cost from their telecommunications services by correcting billing errors and streamlining services. These experiences have led us to diversify our offerings over the past few years to include services in demand from our clients. These services include outsourced management of telecommunications services, our unique telecom help desk service (pay-as-you-go) for telecom consulting on an as-needed basis, and full consulting and project management services for telecommunications infrastructure projects.
