A Boutique Consultant Dar Al Tasmim (DAT) is one of the leading consultancy companies in Lebanon. The founder of DAT; Architect Mahmoud Abou Zeinab began his career in 1973, working on major construction projects in the gulf regions, mainly in Riyadh. Since 1980; and upon returning to Lebanon with the intention of reestablishing himself among the elite local architects, he launched DAT which quickly evolved into a full architecture, interior, engineering and master planning consultancy. He was elected in The Lebanese Order of Engineer in 1992, as the Head of Independent Engineers in Lebanon for four years. He is still a member of the Order until today. In 1998, he was elected as the Head of the Committee for Permits and related Violations in the South Region. He became the Lead Advisor for the Municipality of Saida in year 2004. Over the past 35 years, he focused on developing DAT to become classified as one of the Class A Consultants in Lebanon.
