The Company has over 200 production staff and about 15 administrative staff. The human resource requirement of the company is managed efficiently with close supervision of Mechanical and Operators performance review to ensure quality and optimum production. Presently the standard working condition in the industry is adopted by the company. The company started operations with employment of experienced skills from different parts of the country and subsequently interviewed and tested other experienced skills locally to man the factory. Within its three years of successful operation, Dantata plastic Limited had recorded little staff turnover. Alhassan Dantata is the Founder and Chairman of Dantata Plastic Limited. He has also successfully established and run many companies/ businesses including Dantata Town Developers, Farhan Oil Nig Ltd, Dantata Agric Industries Limited. Born in Kano State, on the 30th of May 1968. He obtained a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy at Upper Credit Level from Kano State Polytechnic, and also holds a Masters Degree in Treasury Management from Bayero University Kano. Muhktar Imam is an associate member of The Institute of Treasury Management. An Indian national, Mr Sekar is a graduate of mechanical Engineering from Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. He studied a postgraduate diploma in plastic engineering in Central Institute of plastic Engineering and Technology (CIPET) Ahmedabad _Gujarat India. Born in Kogi State, on the 15th of September 1972 at Okene. Yahaya Bello received his early education at Pivotal Primary and Secondary School Okene.
