DanceGRiST

DanceGRiST is a pre-seed collaborative social enterprise created to raise the income and status of dancers, multiskilled artists and others in the movement arts sectors. We do this by providing innovative, Agile and inclusive team development and training solutions, to others, whilst internally running self-managed non-heirarchic projects that help... part-time participants maintain enough of an income that they can undertake their creative pratice with less stress. Our internal project-based Agile Scrum training serves both to help artists fund their work with micro-incomes, and as a learning platform, ensuring constant innovation and improvement in terms of how we can help our clients. Accept the conventional idea of diversity and you implicitly agree a normal. That means you have a baseline to which you compare yourself and others. But we are all different.
