Dance Your Truth

My name is Phoenix Vincent great to meet you! I believe in self healing. We all have the blueprint inside of us on how to heal, how to find joy, and how to release everything holding us back. Sometimes we just need the right guidance, the right nudges. I'm here to help on your journey. I grew up dancing. I loved to dance. I danced all over the coun... try with lots of awesome, well known people, and I went to college for a degree in dance. As an adult, I danced professionally with three different professional dance companies in Utah. In 2008, I wanted to share my love of teaching and dancing so much that I opened up a large dance studio at the age of 28. For several years I was the founder and artistic director of Elle Vie Dance Company, a professional dance company. I ran Elle Vie Dance Company in hopes of being able to contribute her love and passion for dance and education to her dancers, to uplift and inspire them through dance, and provide opportunities for more dancers to perform professionally. While running Elle Vie Dance Company, I also obtained my Master of Fine Arts degree in Choreography from Jacksonville University where I specialized in the ways that feminine energy is manifest through movement. Throughout all of this, however, I knew there was something that was missing. Dealing with the grief and loss of my mother passing away when I was 34 led me to dig deeper into ways of finding emotional and mental healing. I passionately wanted to find ways of connecting this into my dancing and choreography so that I could better serve others. I then hungrily trained in many different modalities of healing. My studies and experience includes certification and training in body language, reading micro expressions, body image profiling/body mapping, anatomy and kinesiology, dream analysis, handwriting analysis, neuro-linguistic programming, and four different energy healing modalities.
