We firmly believe that maple syrup is the healthiest and tastiest of all sweeteners available on the market today. In recent years, consumers have become aware of the true cost of importing food from far away regions - a c... ost that affects both our pocketbooks and the environment. A grassroots effort has arisen in communities throughout our region to procure food whenever possible from local producers.
