The companys main focus and goal was to provide construction services to agencies on the local, state, and federal level. Mr. Dennis LeBlanc, owner of DAL Construction, is a Service Disabled Veteran and has worked in the construction industry for over 35 years. After gai... ning extensive knowledge, Mr. LeBlanc partnered with Viteri Construction Management, Inc., who is a general construction firm with over 20 years of experience in performing work for the government, and decided to open up his own Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. DAL is committed to providing our customers with quality craftsmanship, a commitment to safety, total quality control, and superior project management capabilities. DAL has been awarded a seven year Regional Multiple Award contract with the United States Coast Guard which includes $5 million dollars of work annually. Since 2009, DAL has completed over 60 task orders under this contract ranging from $9,500.00 to $2,580,352.00 and jobs have been located throughout 5 states. In addition, DAL has performed an HVAC upgrade project as well as a $1 million dollar renovation at the VA Medical Center in Richmond.
