About Daisy Roots
Daisy Roots (born from cockney slang for "Boots") was first established in 1995 by Victoria Darby over a sociable glass of wine with a friend at her kitchen table. Victoria cut out the very first pair of baby leather shoes by hand and within a few months of selling them at craft fairs had created a passionate following. Manufacturing moved to a converted pigsty at Highgate House which is now a stunning conference centre in Northamptonshire. After kickstarting the brand, Victoria hung up her tools and sold Daisy Roots. In 2015, Daisy Roots was taken over by Northamptonshire footwear company, manufacturers and distributors of the Petasil and Samphire children's brands.Explore more
