I came to Sri Lanka 2010 and started Daiki Lanka 2012 to provide opportunities for employment and education in Japan for Sri Lankan people. Our mother company Daiki Group is an Engineering company providing service in software development, product designing and production engineering mainly in car, ship aero plain manufacturing industry. We are con... ducting training course and employing talented engineers and help them immigrating to Japan with support of Universities in Sri Lanka. We are also starting software development offshore center to contribute to the Sri Lankan industry by bringing work from Japan. We believe that it is very important to create good environment for software development in Sri Lanka, so that we can welcome engineers when they want to come back after obtaining the experience in Japan. Recently, we have a shortage of skilled people in a lot of different industries due to aging population in Japan. By collaborating with Daiki Japanese Language School. We provide training course for students who wish to work in Japan especially in engineering field and Care giving field. We hope to be the bridge between Sri Lanka and Japan and contribute to expand engineering industry in Sri Lanka to have stronger relationship of both countries for future. We are representing Daiki Group of Japan in Sri Lanka. Being a bridge between Sri Lanka and Japan we found number of similarities and differences in both countries. As a result of that we were able to create opportunities for Sri Lankans who willing to learn/work in Japan. Our school aims to educate foreign students wishing to further their aspirations at universities, collages and professional training schools in Japan with a focus on Japanese Language, Japanese culture.
