Over the years, we have deve... loped many monitoring mechanisms, productivity reports, control forms, quality initiatives, and tracking reports that are part of the implementation process. These reports are designed to effectively monitor all processes, initiate accountability, identify and track backlogs, and control the entire accounts receivable process. As an additional benefit, we will assist in preparing and establishing policies and procedures, check lists, and other required documents as determined and required to appropriately address and control the accounts receivable program. Our consultants will meet regularly with the Senior Management of the facility to discuss accomplishments, concerns, and goals, as well as, provide written reports so the lines of communication remain open and everyone is aware of the progress of the project.
