D/K Mechanical is a full service mechanical contractor, specializing in the plumbing and piping sector, including onsite utilities throughout the Southern California Region. D/K Mechanical was incorporated in October of 1981 in The State of California and has a wide range of experience including medical facilities, research laboratories, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, water features, hotels, and wastewater treatment facilities. We perform commercial and/or industrial, new and/or retrofit construction. We also perform budgetary services for various Owners and/or Prime Contractors and have Plumbing Design/Build-Design/assist capabilities. We are highly specialized in computer assisted plumbing design employing 12-full time designers with decades of field and design experience. We utilize AutoCad 2008 and Pipe Designer 3D programs. Our designers attend continuing educations classes annually in order to maintain their skills to the highest level possible. The management personnel of D/K MECHANICAL has extensive experience in managing a wide range of projects from tenant improvement, to single mechanical contracts in excess of 25 million dollars. Our annual sales volume is in excess of 50 million dollars and growing. We are also very active in the local Contractors Association, California Plumbing and Mechanical Contractors of America, (CPMCA), which is the negotiating body for the Contractors with the local unions. D/K MECHANICAL CONTRACTORS, INC. has signed labor agreements with The Southern California Pipe Trades District Council #16-The United Association of Plumbers and Pipe Fitters, which represents all affiliated Southern California Plumbers and Pipe Fitters.
