CYPCO was founded in September 1998 in Santiago, Chile, through the union of partners Mario Cuevas Valdes (deceased), brothers Mario, Fernando, and Pablo Cuevas Monckeberg, and Jose Purcell Mena. This partnership was created with the aim of carrying out construction and engineering wor... ks required by its clients, with a commitment to fully meeting their expectations, especially in terms of deadlines, quality, and costs. From its beginnings, CYPCO was characterized by its personalized service based on the principles and values that Mr. Mario Cuevas Valdes (deceased) drafted at the time of forming the partnership, which today govern the behavior of everyone who works here. CYPCO began its activities in Santiago, Chile, focused on meeting the demand for construction services linked to the retail (commercial) and residential sectors. Operations then expanded to other regions, and other sectors such as industrial and civil infrastructure were also addressed, accompanied by significant growth thanks to serious and effective service. In 2004, in order to improve operational management, a quality management system based on ISO 9001:2000 was implemented, which achieved its international certification at the beginning of 2005. That same year, a new partner joined the company, Mr. Alejandro Garfias Risopatron.
