Cycla Corporation was formed in 1990 to provide risk management and related technical services to the nuclear power industry and to the Department of Energy's nuclear weapons programs and national research laboratories. Many of Cycla's employees have been instrumental in the early development of risk assessment and risk management methods in the nu... clear power industry, and have managed and performed many of the earliest probabilistic risk assessments of individual nuclear power facilities sponsored by nuclear utility licensees.
