Cuyahoga Falls Library completes all three phases of interior construction renovations. He said there's now more room for library materials and new spaces for children's activities. "What we wanted to do downstairs was to make our meeting rooms more flexible," he said. "I think we've got a lot more space for early childhood development." Rosswurm said the master plan was created in 2004 while phase one of the renovation started in 2005 and ended in 2006. Phase two was started in 2010 and finished in 2011 and phase three was started in 2015 and completed this year. The library board in May 2015 moved $1.85 million from the library's General Fund to the Building Fund to pay for the third phase of the project, according to Rosswurm.
