Cutting Edge Panels has a powerful manufacturing facility with a small shop attitude. We work close with our customers and are always ready to help while striving to produce diverse panels and components. Our easily paintable door grade MDF in 5/8", 3/4", and 1" makes for an easy install and can be cut and sanded like wood. The patterns are routed 3/8" to 5/8" deep into the boards. Each panel is 4'x8', custom sizes are available. As an option, we can provide a thermofoil finish giving the panels the look of wood, stone or even metal. While our MDF is CARB II compliant, we can also offer our panels in Medite FR fire rated MDF, Arreis Sustainable Formaldehyde free MDF, Moisture resistant MDF and now offering Starboard for exterior or wet areas. We are continuously updating our shop with all of our cutting on Holzma Panel saws, Routing on Heian and Weeke machining centers and all or our thermofoil done on our Wemhoner press.Read More
