WHAT IF MY WINDOWS ARE WITHOUT TRIM? If this is the case, the company offers what is called a Z frame trim. The Z frame wraps the exposed sheetrock, so that the shutter looks finished. This is preferable to simply butting up against the sheetrock, which can result in an uneven appearance. For a little extra charge, the company can add the decorativ... e moulding of your choice, to complete the Z frame installation. WHICH PAINT/STAIN COLORS DO YOU OFFER? At Custom Shutters Inc. the company's goal is to exactly match the colors in your home. As far as the company is concerned, CLOSE is not good enough. For example, if the trim in your home is painted, and you know that it is Sherwin-Williams #6385 Dover White Semi-Gloss, simply tell let the company know! The company can work with any national paint manufacturers colors, and will match samples if you do not know the specifics. Of course, if you simply want WHITE, the company's standard white is Sherwin-Williams Extra White; good to know if you decide to paint your trim later. (Different paint store locations and different tinting machines may produce a small variance in color, however, in the company's experience, this has rarely been the case) Stain colors are usually determined by a sample you provide.
