With that in mind, we're excited to share video #4 of the custom home building process in collaboration with the Rippentrop family!... This 7-part video series follows the Rippertrop family as the build a new home with Custom One Homes. Darin, Erin, and their two children have chosen to build their custom home in the Autumn Bluff neighborhood of Woodbury, Minnesota. From selecting a homesite and floor plan to finalizing their design selections, Darin and Erin are happy to share what it's like to build a home with Custom One Homes. In the last video of the series, we followed along through the "passing of the torch" phase of building their new home. Darin and Erin met with the Custom One Homes team to finalize the floor plan and design details of the home in preparation for the next phase of the building process.
