Current Controls was founded in 1982 to provide high quality custom power magnetics. The high frequency, switching power magnetic was the center of the company's initial custom product line. Superior service in design, manufacturing and customer service was the original guiding principle of the new company. In 1996 a wholly owned manufacturing faci... lity was established in Costa Rica. A highly skilled and motivated work force is in place, and is producing products meeting very high technical requirements. This facility is site licensed for all the company's UL systems. Production scheduling is coordinated from the New York facility so that very close schedules can be maintained. Current Controls products are found in a wide range of industries, Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, Data storage, Lighting, Power supply, Motion control, UPS, and industrial controls to name just a few. Today, it is still the company's fundamental belief that superior quality, products and service are critical elements to satisfy the needs of the customer.
