Marl M. Cummings, III is a past president of the Mobile Commercial Real Estate Exchange Club. The active agents, with Cummings & Associates, Inc., have combined experience in excess of 86 years in the commercial real estate business, all of which have been devoted to the Mobile/Baldwin County market. Marl Cummings III, president of Cummings & Associates, Inc. and a lifelong resident of Mobile Alabama. He graduated in 1976 from the University of Alabama with a Bachelors of Science in Commerce and Business Administration. After two years of working in the banking industry Marl turned his interest to the real estate field. In this time his focus has been on strip center developments and management along with commercial lease brokerage. Hes an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), past president of the Mobile Commercial Exchange club and is highly active in wildlife preservation. In his personal time Marl is a proud husband, father and grandfather who enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family and friends. Burton Clark is a native Mobilian and a graduate of the University of Virginia with an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
