Of course talking to potential customers is invaluable at this stage, we arrange to talk to both them and you, by telephone, face to face, or by video conference to understand, interpret and elaborate their real needs. Incidentally when we meet we might also bring some relevant products from our extensive current portfolio, of which we are of course very proud, for you to see. Last but by no means least, we research by looking at other competing or related products which we look at in order to judge their strengths and weaknesses.
