We started as a company that provides repair, maintenance, installation and contract services on scientific laboratory equipment for the Petroleum and Petro-Chemicals industries in Singapore and have since able to source and supply on instruments and equipment for general laboratories in analytical industries, and travelling to the region to meet o... ur customer's requirement. Our capability include advising and providing maintenance services, fabrication of equipment as per customer's requirement and providing technical training or re-training for lab technician on the correct usage and operator maintenance of instruments, thus having less breakdown and cutting down on downtime of instrument. Our past projects involved providing planning, technical and transportation services for company on relocating of laboratory in Singapore. This turnkey project consists of inspection of new lab to ensure of proper layout and supply of utilities, dismantling and packing of instruments and co-ordination with movers to ensure of smooth transition. Reinstallation and commissioning of instruments at the new location to ensure that they are in operational. We are able to provide laboratory instrumentation and equipment on products listed in our product listing or others that we will be able to source upon the request from our customers. Our after sales-services are support by a team of service engineers, whom have received formal training on the respective equipment and instruments. We maintain a list of spare parts on equipment that we had sold and provide preventive maintenance service contracts to help our customer to minimize the downtime and recommend corrective action. We have now in contracts with companies ( Exxonmobil, Shell and others ) on blanket orders, that we would keep in stock and make regular deliveries to the laboratories on daily consumables and providing them a one-source location for sourcing of their consumable items.
