We were established in 2003 by Angela Marie Birch, a Consultant in Public Health, with over 20 years' experience working with vulnerable young people. In 2008, we became the first behavioural company to deliver a measurable, holistic early-intervention programme in schools. Since then we have delivered over 500 programmes across Greater London and... Bedfordshire and worked with over 5000 young people. We work in partnership with commissioners and local authorities and specialise in working with vulnerable and high risk groups including NEET young people, looked after children, young people leaving care, youth offenders and young people in pupil referral units. We support the delivery of a number of national strategies e.g. Improving children and young people's health and wellbeing, reducing youth unemployment and preventing teenage pregnancy. We also provide a range of consultancy services including research, consultations and evaluations; all aimed at helping individuals and organisations achieve visible change.
