We offer these services at a commission rate that is among the lowest in the business. By going through our firm, you can also be assured that if the company you are currently working for no longer is in need of your services, we will make every effort to find work for you with another company looking for whatever your particular expertise might be. That being said, we are implementing some new requirements that we feel will make our firm a stronger, more competitive firm for both the consultants and the companies who look to us for knowledgeable consultants. Effective immediately, we will be asking all of our consultants to sign a contract. The contract simply states that while you are working for the present company, you will continue to use CSO Consulting. This contract accomplishes two things. One, it locks you in for the remainder of 2012 at the current 12% rate. Two, it insures that we are more than a stepping stone for consultants whose intentions are to work on their own, without the support of a firm. We wish to recruit and keep consultants who will be committed to us and us to them. We feel that with loyalty on both your part and ours, we can grow to become a much larger company. With such growth and less turnover, we can offer more benefits such as affordable group health insurance and an expanded list of companies using our services. In 2012 we plan to expand all over Texas and beyond.
