CSI Construction, Inc. was founded and incorporated by Carl Sandusky in 1988 during the last real estate down cycle. Mr. Sandusky has over 35 years of diversified experience in real estate and construction dating back to summer internships while in college. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the Univers... ity of Colorado, Boulder, he gained invaluable experience with The Cohen/Weitz Construction Company, Denver, in the 1980s. During his seven year tenure with Cohen/Weitz, Mr. Sandusky worked with nationally renowned architects, and sophisticated owners on several of Denver's landmark buildings constructed at the time. In the 1990s CSI Construction gained prominence in commercial construction and home building. In the 2000s CSI enjoyed positive growth in luxury custom home building along with a variety of unique commercial projects. In 2010 Robert Bradley started with CSI as a Construction Manager after Graduating from the University of Colorado, College of Engineering. In 2011 Adam Hess joined CSI as a Construction Manager. Adam is receiving his Master's Degree from Colorado State University in Construction Management with an emphasis in Sustainable Practices. In the 1990's Alison Temp with Lissome Interiors started helping clients with their finish selection and now she is the company's CSI's Selection Coordinator.Read More
