Founded in 2015, Crust & Crema is a Bahrain born specialty coffee company, with a passion for gourmet baking (Crust) and specialty grade coffee (Crema). We are a specialty café, a gourmet bakery restaurant, and coffee roasters. Just as we define specialty coffee as a craft artisanal beverage, our artisans are truly enthusiastic when it comes to bre... wing, baking, and roasting. We source high quality beans from all over the world and craftily roast in our in-house roastery located inside our cafés. We then brew and serve our blends and single origins to high standards as a craft beverage through our espresso machines and artisan pour-over methods. Our talented chefs skillfully bake our own pastries & breads, and prepare gourmet eats to complement our beverages and to satisfy your cravings. We are determined to be a pioneer and in the forefront of the quality coffee/café scene with our specialized and unique quality offerings that defines specialty, artisan, fresh, and influencing coffee as a craft. In short, our mission is to offer our customers with quality specialty grade coffees from across the globe, roasted and brewed to perfection. Crust & Crema was established in June 2015 as the first specialty café of the third wave coffee movement. The growing demand for better quality coffee was our call to offer our vision of craft beverages, and an artisanal way to enjoy coffee in its purest form through pour-over drip methods. By roasting our beans in-house, we focus on every step from bean to cup. With our first establishment in Saar, we opened our doors to our second location in a boutique mall in Zinj in 2016 to further serve our coffee loving customers.
