Crosstalk Records provides a new management approach to rival that of the "Major Labels" who operate under the control of giant media conglomerates. In the 21st century, we have seen a change in the way artists and labels coincide. In times past, the recording company trusted the artist enough to let their creativeness guide the market. Today, the... corporate executives of the music industry have changed that. They now call the shots and the artist is just treated like a trained seal. This ends up discouraging the artist from creating anything from their heart and in return, a simple product for the consumer is produced instead of a work of art. To change the way the music industry works, we here at Crosstalk Records are proud to be an independent record label. Unlike other record labels, we give a voice to the artist by working side-by-side with them. Everybody that works for the company has some kind of background in the music industry. Our team consists of sound engineers, musicians, designers and audiophiles. We all believe in giving control to the artists and their fans. We know what artists go through and we understand the amount of freedom they need to get their creative juices flowing. We give new opportunity to independent artists and we make sure their opinions are always considered by our Board of Directors. We are always seeking out new musical talent of all kinds. Our goal is to provide structure to these up and coming artists. We will help record, produce, distribute, and perform their music to a very diverse fan base.
