Crossroads Construction

Crossroads Construction of Central Florida, Inc. was founded by David Tavlin and began operations in December 1994 with its incorporation shortly thereafter in February of 1995. Crossroads original office was located in a 1,000 sq. ft. rented space off of Industrial Blvd. in Lakeland, Florida. The company's focus started with industrial maintenance... and renovation work for Breed Technologies, a leading manufacturer of automotive air bags. In 1997, the company relocated to a larger facility on Century Blvd. in Lakeland and began to turn the company's focus towards work for Polk County, the State University System and a growing number of private owners. In 1997 the company were a successful bidder on the University of Florida's Citrus Quality Lab in Lake Alfred which began the company's work in higher education facilities. In 2004, Crossroads relocated again to an office and warehouse located at 2485 Drane Field Road in Lakeland. In 2014, Crossroads relocated once again to the company's current location at 3520 Airport Road in Lakeland.
