For all time that I spent th... ere I had amazing 2 roommates who was so friendly and clean and respectful, that my staying was more than great. It was convenient and quiet place. Supermarkets, bakery are close to the station and it open till late at night. Also easy access to the center of the city, only 20 minites by train.(where I lived was Queens.) My roommates and I were compatible, we spend a lot time talking and hanging out, and I had a very good time! Crossover provided a regular cleaning service to make sure the common spaces stayed clean. And they quickly addressed any maintenance issues reported. Dont worry about being tied into a year-long contract, or finding a new roommate yourself. If you make a change to your initial reservation, just let us know at least 30 days in advance and rent will be charged 30 days after notification until last day of that month. Dont worry about broker fees, key fees or fees to the landlord. No need to hassle with utilities every month or finding a new roommate when one moves out - we take care of all that!
