About CROSSFIT Providence
Tanner is the owner and Head Coach of Crossfit Providence. In his previous life, Tanner was an accountant for 3 years and the program director of a small company for 1 year after graduating from Johnson & Wales University. He left the desk jockie life in pursuit of something more. My job just wasnt fulfilling, I felt like I wasnt doing anything to make the world a better place. He started coach shadowing in the spring of 2015 and from there he fell in love. Tanner is certified Crossfit Level 3 , USAW Level 1, and Poliquin Biosignature. Dave, before finding CrossFit, was a competitive swimmer. He swam through his childhood, and went on to swim at Old Dominion University. After some time as a personal trainer and taking one CrossFit class a week, he got his L1. While holding his L1, he coached swimming for high school age athletes.
