CrossFit Helix in Greeley, Colorado, was founded in November 2011 and is owned by Chris & Jamie Dennis. Helix was started solely on a love for CrossFit and the extreme desire to teach and enable our community to experience the life-changing effects of a CrossFit lifestyle. Though our owners and coaching staff all came to CrossFit in different and d... ramatic ways, we have all experienced one result: a love and passion for CrossFit unlike anything else. Of course, we've made our own dramatic lifestyle changes and athletic transformations, but that is merely a side perk. We want you to do everything you do in your everyday life better while you look great and feel great. We want you to live great. We are CrossFit through and through. We do constantly varied, functional movements (like squats and push-ups) at a high-intensity. We do not work with elliptical machines or cable-weight systems. Rather, our tools include barbells, bumper weight plates, gymnastic rings, plyometric boxes, kettlebells, and our bodies.
