Our CrossFit 403 Kids program is designed for kids ages 5-10, focusing on physical awareness and proper movement mechanics. Using activities that kids naturally enjoy (run, jump, throw, climb) CrossFit 403 provides a kids fitness program that is safe, fun and energetic. At CrossFit 403, our CrossFit Kids program uses a combination of skill practice... , workouts, and games to build strength and conditioning in children. We aim to cultivate an appreciation for living healthy, active lives in our youngest athletes as they build confidence and awareness in their abilities. Our CrossFit 403 Teens program is designed for teens aged 11-17 years old, focusing on developing overall athleticism and proper movement mechanics. Teens are taught to move well now so that they continue to move well (and prevent injuries) as they continue into adulthood. The Teens program also encourages a community based on mutual respect and encouragement, building self-confidence and an appreciation for relationships. CrossFit Teens is appropriate for students looking for a strength and conditioning program to supplement their main high school sport as well as those using CrossFit as their sport of choice.
