We believe every individual counts and every individual can, engage and achieve.We have worked together delivering frontline services to children, families, schools and other agencies in the Peterborough area for the last decade. As a Team we have experience in policing, teaching and educational leadership, social work, safeguarding and prevent. We have a set of complementary skills and experiences, which together with shared professional values and a Can Do approach, enable us to provide a unique, holistic and inclusive approach to working with those children and families that are harder to engage.We undertake direct and complex casework with children, young people and their caregiving adults, often in challenging circumstances or in times of crisis. We also undertake planned interventions and assessments and offer therapeutic interventions for children and young people experiencing, and expressing, a range ofsocial, emotional, safeguarding and mental health related needs.
