Cremolata is a UAE based company for Italian products, founded in 2012, and a member of Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development in Abu Dhabi. Following several visits between Italy and the UAE, Cremolata established the first factory and a retail outlet in Sharjah Emirate, under the supervision of the most skilled gelato makers working for the most... renowned Italian gelato-making companies in Italy. Due to the high quality of our products and the high demand for them, we plan to expand our business in the UAE and overseas. We take great pride in our success, because although we are not the oldest in Gelato industry, we leapt to the forefront by utilizing the latest innovations made by others. We combined the best of these innovations into a final product that will surely always remain the best in the industry. We mix varieties of flavors originating from the diverse cultures of other countries, in order to create flavors that appeal to all tastes. We mix European flavors with those originating from Arabia and Gulf, such as dates, saffron, cardamom, pudding, pistachio, and more.
