The company's geologists, engineers, and ecologists have almost 150 years of combined professional experience. George Foster, president and owner of CES, earned his Bachelor's degree in geology at the University of South Florida and his Master's degree in geology at the University of Florida. His Master's research involved the measurement of trace element concentrations in Portland cements and a statistical analysis of the effects these elements have on cement compressive strengths. The company maintain $1 million/$3 million in professional (errors and omissions) and liability insurance, $1 million in vehicular liability insurance, and worker's compensation insurance. Mr. Foster is a Florida-licensed professional geologist and specializes in contamination assessment, clay mineralogy, and mineral prospecting. CES is registered in Florida as a Professional Engineer Firm and as a Professional Geological Firm, and as such, can legally practice in these fields.
