Over the years, we have grown into one of the finest pension planning firms in Maryland. We service a wide variety of pension and employee benefit plans, with participants ranging from 1 to 800. Ellen has served as the President of the National Institute of Pension Administrators (Mid-Atlantic Chapter) and on the Board of Directors of the National Institute of Pension Administrators for several terms. C. Joyce Doonan is Secretary/Treasurer of the firm. She has been employed with the company since 1990 in the capacity of Office Manager and Senior Plan Administrator. She received her Accredited Pension Administrator designation in 2001 and her Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent designation in 2010. She specializes in defined contribution plans. Phyllis S. Murray joined the firm in 1989 and is a Vice President. She has a BA in Mathematics and has over 24 years of experience in the pension field. She is a Senior Plan Administrator and received her Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent designation in 2010. Her specialty is defined benefit pension plan administration. Christy L. Feser is a Vice President of the firm. She has been employed with the company since 1989. She is a Senior Plan Administrator who received her Accredited Pension Administrator designation in 2001 and her Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent designation in 2010. Kim A. Matos has a BA in Business Administration concentrating in Finance. She has been employed with Creative Benefit Services since 2006 as a Plan Administrator.
