Our unique structure means you will be appointed a Contracts Site Manager who will be assigned to your project for the duration, from site preparation through to project completion. Upon completion, our dedicated aftercare manager will walk you through the handover of your project ensuring you are provided with the information required to maintain your floor. Creation's unique aftercare service can include the supply, support and training of the necessary cleaning machines and products to look after your new floor. As a valued Creation customer, you can take advantage of our aftercare / maintenance package where regular site inspections and scheduled maintenance work can be planned, with various cover and price plans available.
