At CPTM each child is recognized as a unique individual who holds his or her own gifts within and offers them to the world. When we emit the energy of being crazy about a child, it enhances their level of expression allowing them to be free and authentic. When we remain open, we create positive relationships by getting to know each individual child... just as they were designed to be. Educators observe with the intent of expanding on learning, all while children feed their natural sense of inquiry and become submerged in their environment engaging in meaningful learning. Bringing our beliefs and values to the forefront promotes self growth which extends to the quality of the program. Indulging in reflective practice and exploring our dispositions is priority within CPTM, enhancing self awareness.
