Captain Ravi is an alumnus of the National Defence Academy and Indian Military Academy. He was commissioned into The Parachute Regiment in 2016 and served till 1987. He founded Terrier Security Services In 1989 and built it into a pan-India service provider. Terrier was acquired by Quess Corp in 2018. He was also recognized by the Governor of Karnataka and felicitated as a person providing employment opportunities to Ex-service men. In the year 1997 he founded Pegasus HRD Centre Pvt. Ltd. A Pan India Experiential Learning Organization and continues to direct it as its Managing Director. He is also the Co-Founder of Buddhi International School. Capt.Ravi has designed and delivered over 400 learning programmes in India and abroad in the area of leadership & organizational effectiveness to a variety of blue-chip corporates. Deepthi has vast experience in running businesses of different scales across varied platforms and domains. She is extremely passionate about the B2C space and as a Strategy/Management Consultant in her latest role, she has been heading the planning and execution of the Digital functions including Tech, Ops, Product, Social media engagement, Content strategy, Marketing and Sales of a popular media company. In her past roles, she has been running the COO in an MNC Bank managing budgets spanning to around $40 MM globally for Asset Servicing function. She has been an active mentor to many startups in the seed phase and is very interested in helping them scale. She has a degree in Instrumentation Engineering and post-graduation in MBA.
